DUAL LIMITER

2-Channel PWM Compressor / Limiter

Find A Dealer

Compression can be as much about character as it is about control. Optical compressors are smooth and musical, while FET compressors are punchy and aggressive.

The Dual Limiter takes a different approach with its unique Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) circuit. PWM compressors dont have the distortion artifacts that contribute to the signature character of other designs, providing extremely clean, transparent gain control.

Both channels can be used or bypassed independently, or linked for stereo operation. The ratio can be switched per channel between 4:1 for compression, or greater than 20:1 for limiting. Each channel has an LED meter to monitor gain reduction.

The rear panel features balanced XLR and 1/4 inputs and outputs, and a Detector Loop input for sidechaining.

Character compressors are powerful tools that can enhance or transform a track, but they arent always the appropriate choice. Subtle and natural, the Dual Limiter provides dynamic control that focuses on the sound of the performance instead of the processor.
